  How do I register for internet banking?
  • If you haven’t already registered for internet banking please call the team on (02) 4860 4000 or email memberservice@bdcualliancebank.com.au to set up your internet banking access
  • There are a couple of checks and measures we need to do to make sure it’s you, then you should be good to go!
  I’ve forgotten my password?

If you have forgotten your access code (password) please contact us or pop in to your local Advice Centre

  Where do I find my external reference number?
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
  • Login to internet banking
  • Click ‘services and help’
  • Select ‘BSB information’
  • You can also find out via ‘additional services’ on the app.
  How do I reset my access code?
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
  • Login to internet banking
  • Select ‘my preferences’
  • Click ‘change access code’
  • Enter current access code
  • Enter and verify new access code
  • Press save
  What happens if secure SMS does not work?
  • Make sure you are in an area that has good phone reception
  • Retry logging in and receiving an SMS
  • If it still doesn’t work, call us (02) 4860 4000
  How do I opt in for online statements?
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
  • Log into internet banking
  • Click ‘account options'
  • Select ‘online statement options'
  • Select ‘online statement'
  • Select which accounts you would like to receive online statements for
  Where do I find online statements?
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
  • Login into internet banking and select ‘accounts’
  • Click ‘online statements’
  Can I change back to paper statements?

Yes, simply follow the same procedure as online statements and click ‘statement mailed’.

  How can I update my contact details
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
  • Login into internet banking
  • Click ‘my preferences’
  • Select ‘update contact details’
  How do I download the BDCU Alliance Bank app?
  • Visit the App store or Google Play to download our mobile banking app
  • Make sure you are registered for internet banking. If not, click here to find out how
