Online Cash Order – T&Cs
- BDCU Alliance Bank’s Online cash order service is ONLY available to BDCU Alliance Bank members
- Order must be submitted via the online portal at least 2 hours before requested pick up time
- Any cash orders over a total value of $2,500 requires 1 business days’ notice prior to collection
- If certain denominations are not available a BDCU employee will call the contact details provided on the order form to advise and make adjustment accordingly.
- Upon receipt of the order; a BDCU staff member will prepare the order; a second BDCU staff member will then check the order prior to collection
- Orders are only available for collection during Standard Business Operating hours
- If funds for cash order are to be debited from a BDCU account then the person collecting the funds must be a signatory on that account.
- Signatures upon collection must be in line with account authority (if the account is 2 to sign then 2 signatories will need to collect the funds)
- If cash is being exchanged, you may nominate the person collecting the funds on the online order form.
- Contact details provided on the online order form will receive an SMS when funds are available for collection.
- All pre-ordered cash can be collected at the BDCU Alliance Bank ‘Local Business Express Lane’ in the nominated centre.
