What is the BDCU Alliance Bank Apprentice Support Program ?

Our Program is designed to help build retention of the tradespeople and young people in the community and improve the opportunity for local businesses to take on apprentices or trainees. The concept of the program includes:

  • Creating “shared value” by creating a much needed service to the local apprentice market.
  • Enhancing the financial wellbeing of apprentices
  • Helping to build a community that is better tomorrow than it is today
  • Utilises the Bank’s internal capabilities
