Getting started

To get started, download the banking app from your preferred app store:

Once you have downloaded the app you will need to verify your member number (this is called username in the app) and your online banking password.

If you’re new to internet banking, please call (02) 4860 4000 or pop into your local centre to register.

After verifying your member number and access code, you will need to choose how you login into the app securely.

Options available are pin, pattern or finger print recognition (if your phone has this enabled). One time password text or token is not required on logging in, just on new payees. This is now the same for mobile banking.

Our app is designed so you can bank anywhere anytime, while you work or on the go. Check out some of the things you can do below:

  • Add new payees and billers
  • View accounts easily

  • Locate an ATM or branch

  • Lock and report your Visa card if stolen or lost
  • Unlock your Visa card if you find it

Quick tips

  I'm having trouble registering my app.
To register for the app you must be registered for online banking first. To help you do this, give us a call on (02) 4860 4000 or pop into your local centre.  
  Will payees that I set up on internet banking flow through to the app?
Yes, your payees will flow through to the app.
  How do I set up a new payee or biller in the app? 
Select manage payees, add new, enter payee information, confirm one time password.
  How do I set up a quick balance?
Log in to the app, on the summary page click the menu button, go into settings and select set quick balance account, double click on your preferred account for quick balance.
  Can I use my banking app overseas?
You may still have access to the app outside of Australia, but you should check with your telephone communications provider that you will be able to use your mobile device internationally. 

Security tips

  • Logout when you finish banking.
  • Keep your member number, online banking password and banking app pin private.
  • Do not keep your login details on your mobile or tablet.
  • Lock your card if you think you have lost your phone. Alternatively, report your card as lost or stolen if you still can't find it.
  • Ensure that your mobile devices are updated with the latest software, security updates available and have a pin.
